Settle for morning breakfast and upon arrival, de-board for a visit to the majestic Amer Fort- UNESCO-listed World Heritage Site. Also, gear up for a spectacular elephant safari to the entrance of the fort. Return to train for lunch. Evening kept free for leisure at Maharajas’ Express. Settle for Dinner and overnight stay on the train. Train journey proceeds to Sawai Madhopur.
Morning arrival at Sawai Madhopur. Breakfast on board followed by sightseeing to Amer Fort- a UNESCO-listed World Heritage Site. Set your adrenaline pumping higher with an elephant safari up to the entrance of the fort. Lunch onboard. Evening kept free for leisure with the comforts of Maharajas’ Express. Train proceeds for Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambore). Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Train halts at Agra- home to the 7th wonder of the world.Here experience the charismatic splendor of the iconic Taj Mahal. Later, settle for breakfast. Return to train for lunch followed by an exclusive tour to Agra Fort. Return to train for dinner and overnight stay. Train journey continues to Orchha.
Breakfast on-board. The day proceeds with sightseeing tour of Orchha. Later, return to train and continue to the next destination, Khajuraho. This is a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for the Khajuraho Group of Monuments. Get on board for dinner and oernight stay. Train journey continues to Varanasi.
Enjoy breakfast and lunch on board. Upon arrival at Varanasi, head for a sightseeing tour in Varanasi, one of the holiest cities in India. This tour covers visits to the Silk Weaving Center, Sarnath- a popular Buddhist pilgrimage and in the evening, go for a boat ride on the River Ganges and witness the splendid Ganga Aarti. This is a thousand-year old holy ritual that is a prominent attraction of this activity visited by thousands of tourists from around the world. Return to train for dinner and overnight stay.
