This yatra is one an ex Dehradun basis which means our services start from Dehradun. Travelers reach here on their own. From Dehradun, we will arrange everything for you and then the journey continues smoothly towards Barkot.
You will travel to Barkot via Mussoorie and then visit Kempty Falls. Barkot is a small and peaceful hill town which is surrounded by green valleys and mountains. It is the base point for visiting Yamunotri. You will stay here before going for darshan. The fresh mountain breeze and quiet surroundings help you relax.
At Yamunotri Temple, devotees offer prayers to Goddess Yamuna. This temple is situated amidst the mountains and requires a short trek to reach. You will also visit the natural hot water springs nearby, where they cook rice as prasad and take blessings. The calm surroundings and holy atmosphere make Yamunotri a special stop in the Char Dham Yatra.
It is a sacred town located on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. Uttarkashi is well-known for its ancient temples and calm spiritual vibe. You will stay here while visiting Gangotri. This town is surrounded by mountains and offers a peaceful place to relax. Here, you will also visit Vishwanath Temple and Shakti Temple.
On the way to Gangotri, you will take a holy dip in the Garam Kund at Gangani Hot Water Springs. It is believed this sacred bath cleanses the body and soul. After that, drive through the beautiful Harsil Valley which is known for its peaceful vibes. Then reach the sacred Gangotri Temple which is dedicated to Goddess Ganga. Here, you will take a dip in the River Ganges. Visit the Gangotri Temple to perform pooja and darshan to seek blessings.
Guptkashi is a quiet and scenic town surrounded by mountains where pilgrims rest before heading to Kedarnath. Enroute, you will enjoy beautiful views of the Mandakini River at Tilwara. In Guptkashi, you will also visit the famous Ardh Narishwar Temple which holds great spiritual importance.
Kedarnath Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of the most important Jyotirlingas in India. This temple is situated in the high Himalayas and gives a strong spiritual feeling. In Chardham Yatra by helicopter, you will take a chopper ride from Phata or Sirsi helipad to reach the temple. This service saves your time and avoids long trekking. The calm mountain surroundings make every devotee feel blessed and happy.
The holy Badrinath Temple is also known as Badarinarayana Temple and it is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It is located between tall mountains and near the Alaknanda River. This temple offers a calm and positive atmosphere that makes devotees feel peaceful. You will take a dip in Tapt Kund before darshan. Later, you will go for local sightseeing which includes spots like Mana Village, Vyas Gufa and Ganesh Gufa. Visiting Badrinath completes this Char Dham journey and fills your heart with devotion & satisfaction.
Below are the reasons why choosing us makes your journey memorable:
For the year 2026, Char Dham Yatra officially opens from 19th April with doors of Yamunotri and Gangotri opening on the auspicious day of Akshaya tritiya. Kedarnath Temple opens for devotees on 22nd April and Badrinath Temple opens on 23rd April. So, the best time to plan your Char Dham Yatra is from late April through October. These months offer pleasant weather, clear roads and safe travel. Heavy rainfall in July and August can cause landslides and slow travel so planning your visit outside monsoon moths offers a smoother and enjoyable pilgrimage experience.
