On arrival, meet our guide who will transfer you to Kandy. Enroute head to visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage which is a popular tourist attraction in Sri Lanka. This well known orphanage was started in 1975 that houses abandoned and wounded elephants. These gigantic creatures have been brought from various parts and have been kept here for their safety. You can feed and bathe them and watch the, from a closer view. Proceed to Kandy and visit the famous Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic which is yet another popular attraction to see in Kandy. The Relic is known to be Sri Lanka’s most prized possession as it is religious in the Buddhist world. In the evening, enjoy the cultural dance show that features numerous dance types of Sri Lanka.
