Traeminent Tours organised my 8 day trip around Kerala. We planned everything together so we could fine tune the itinerary. The accommodation was well chosen. The sites were interesting and I learned a lot about life in Kerala. My driver Fisol was excellent and made sure my holiday ran smoothly as the man on location. He went above and beyond his duties. I also asked for guides who spoke English in some locations for specific tours which helped me as an Australian. As a woman travelling alone, I felt safe and well cared for by everyone along the way. I vpukd contact the company for information whilst on tour and they replied quickly. Local knowledge was extra useful so my experience was rewarding and memorable. I would recommend this tour to others who need assistance to plan a visit to Kerala. The price is fair, the food along the way was delicious and the spice tours were great, just to name a few things. We have just returned from a trip to Arangabad, Hampi and Badami. I found TraEminent on Trustpilot and whatsapped them and got an immediate reply from Sunny, who listened to what we wanted to do then passed us to his colleague Prachi to organise our trip. Prachi sent suggestions of different hotels and also suggested we added Badami to our itinery, which was an excellent suggestion. She organised hotels, drivers, guides and internal flights. Our hotel vouchers and internal flight bar codes were sent to us via email. We paid for the trip in 3 installments, the final one being on the day we arrivec in India. Our contact once the trip was organised and whilst we were in India was Mukesh. Prachi also created a group Whatsapp for herself, Mukesh, my husband and myself. As the holiday neared the war in Iran started and up until the day we travelled we were not sure we would be able to travel and Mukesh was excellent in starting to secure refunds and vouchers. But fortunately on the day we were able to travel, although due to late setting off and extra travel time we missed our connection from Delhi to Aurangabad and had to travel early the next morning. I contacted Mukesh who rearranged the pickup from the airport. Mukesk kept in contact with us daily for the duration of the trip and informed us of each drivers and car details the day before the pick up. We had 2 drivers, Aleem for Aurangabad and Ram for Hampi and Badami, both were excellent and the cars were comfortable. Our guides were excellent and very knowledgeable. The hotels were exactley what we wanted and the intetnal flights with Indigo were ideal time wise. We had the best 10 day tour. Thank you TraEminent for you help, patience and communication. Took a one week trip through Kerala. TraEminent did an excellent job coordinating our itinerary . Prachi was very responsive setting up our itinerary and was a pleasure to work with . I took an 8-day tour of Kerala with TraEminent, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The whole trip went like clockwork, with no problems at all. Sebastian, our Kochin guide was very knowledgeable, spoke good English and took us to some really interesting places. HOTELS In all the hotels, the staff were very friendly and keen to please and all our rooms were spacious and well-appointed. At the Kumakorum Park Resort we were disappointed that we couldn't use the swimming pool and there there was no area outside to sit. However, It was our driver, Vincent, who made our trip such a success. He was more of a guide for us than just a driver. He was polite, friendly, punctual, helpful, kind and very well-informed. As he was Keralan, he knew all the routes and places of interest along the way. He planned our last day for us from leaving the houseboat at 9am until we took our sleeper train at 8.25pm- lighthouse, 2 beaches, Coir Museum, Maharajah's Palace, place for our final evening meal. He quickly picked up on things that interested us and suggested visits that always pleased us. We would recommend Tra-eminent to others as you tailored the trip to fit our interests perfectly.
