A spiritually enriching journey awaits you in Uttarakhand as you begin the sacred Char Dham Yatra 2024 covering the four holy Dhams — Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. These are highly revered shrines nestled in the majestic Himalayas of Uttarakhand, where pilgrims visit year for soul cleansing and seek inner peace.

This divine expedition also takes you to the 'Yoga Capital' Rishikesh where you can witness the grand Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan and simply enjoy moments of peace at the ghats of Holy Ganges. You can also enroll for early morning Yoga sessions or book an eco-friendly stay in an Ashram.

A visit to the gorgeous confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers at the Rudraprayag Sangam is another highlight of this tour.

Day 1 : Arrival in Delhi

Welcome to India. Arrival at Delhi Airport. Our representative will meet you and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Overnight at hotel in Delhi.

Day 2 : Delhi – Haridwar (By Road: 4-5 Hours Drive)

Wake up and enjoy breakfast at hotel. Checkout and drive to Haridwar. On arrival at Haridwar, visit theDaksh Mahadev Temple, Maya Devi Temple, Har -ki-paudi and Bharat Mata Temple. Check-in at the hotel in evening. visit Har-Ki-Pauri and attend the Ganga Aarti on the banks of Ganges. Return back to hotel for dinner. Overnight stay at hotel in Haridwar.

Day 3 : Haridwar – Barkot (By Road: 7-8 Hours Drive)

Wake up and eat breakfast. Later, proceed to Barkot via Mussoorie to visit the famous Kempty Falls (Suggestible to have your lunch here). Continue drive to Barkot. Upon reaching, check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day is free to relax. Overnight stay at hotel in Barkot.

Day 4 : Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (1.5 Hours Drive + 6 Kms Trek – each side)

After early morning breakfast, drive to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti to begin trek to Yamunotri temple. You can opt to walk or rent a Horse or Doli (at own cost). On reaching, one can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund for 'prasad' or divine offering at the temple. After the holy bathe in hot water springs and sacred darshan, return to Jankichatti. Drive to Barkot. Overnight stay at hotel in Barkot.

Day 5 : Barkot – Uttarkashi (By Road: 4-5 Hours Drive)

After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi. On reaching, visit the famous Vishwanath Temple and Shakti Temple. Next, check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day kept for leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Uttarkashi.

Day 6 : Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (By Road: 3-4 Hours Drive – each side)

After early morning breakfast, drive to Gangotri. Enroute, take a holy dip in Garam Kund at Gangnani Hot water springs. Continue drive to Gangotri via the beautiful Harsil Valley. On arrival, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges. Next, visit the temple to perform Pooja and Darshan. Relax for some time soaking in the amazing scenic vistas. Drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at hotel in Uttarkashi.

Day 7 : Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (By Road: 8-9 Hours Drive)

After breakfast, drive to Guptkashi via Moolgarh & Lambgoan. Enroute, enjoy the views of the beautiful Mandakini river at Tilwara. On arrival, check-in at the Hotel. Relax for sometime and in the evening, visit the Ardh Narishwar Temple. Return to hotel and settle for dinner. Overnight stay at hotel in Guptkashi.

Day 8 : Guptkashi – Gaurikund (By Road: 1 Hour Drive) – Kedarnath (By Trek: 5-6 Hours)

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel. Drive to Gaurikund followed by trek to Kedarnath Temple. On reaching, visit the shrine and seek divine blessings at Kedarnath Temple. Return back to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Kedarnath.

Day 9 : Kedarnath – Gaurikund (By Trek) – Guptkashi (By Road: 1 Hour Drive)

After breakfast, head to Gaurikund via trek. On arrival, transfer to Guptkashi via road. Overnight stay at hotel in Guptkashi.

Day 10 : Guptkashi – Joshimath – Badrinath (7-8 Hours Drive)

Have your breakfast. Checkout from the hotel. Drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. On arrival, rest for some time and later, head for Darshan at the Badrinath Temple. Return to hotel. Settle for dinner. Overnight stay at hotel in Badrinath.

Day 11 : Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag (6-7 Hours Drive)

Wake up and enjoy early morning breakfast. Head to the Tapt Kund for a holy bath. Visit the Badrinath Temple for morning darshan. After the tour, you can explore the other attractions such as Mana Village, Vyas Gufa and Mata Murti Temple, Charan Paduka and the 'Mukh' of Saraswati River. Later in the afternoon, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Rudraprayag via Joshimath. On arrival at Rudraprayag, check in to the hotel and relax for the day. Settle for dinner at night. Overnight stay at hotel in Rudraprayag.

Day 12 : Rudraprayag – Rishikesh (By Road: 5-6 Hours Drive)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Rishikesh. Arrival by the late afternoon, transfer to the hotel for check-in. After some relaxation, visit the Ram Jhoola, Laxman Jhoola etc. Attend the evening Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan. Overnight stay at hotel in Rishikesh.
